Prayer Requests
September 8th, 2009
-Praise for a car! Christina and I are renting a car together which is a huge blessing!
-Everything is starting to pick up. From teaching in the schools, to the praise and worship team at Capricorn, to the Red Hill choir. Please pray for continued guidance as I begin these different ministries. Pray that our first meetings will go well and that the language barrier will not be too much of a hinderance.
-Please pray for relationships to continue well. Right now there are 4 long term volunteers. All girls! We all get along so well but please pray for us as a community to continue to grow closer to one another and to have that accountability with one another.
August 25th, 2009
- The longer I am here the more I realize my need for a car. Because of the nature of the work I will be doing with the Music Academy it is going to be crucial for me to have my own mode of transportation. Unfortunately, the trains and the taxis are not safe enough for me to use. The problem with getting a car is that I don’t have the funds. It would cost $370 a month to rent and that includes are insurance and maintenance. Please pray that the Lord with provide! I have faith that he will!

- I am still waiting on my passport! I know…crazy. Pray that it gets here on Monday. Everything seems to be on track for that to happen but you just never know.
-Not only am I packing for a year but my parents are moving as well so we are packing up the last 20 odd years of our lives. Pray that everything gets done in the short amount of time that we have left.
